Information about the partnership relations of the Department of Economics with employers
In the conditions of a developing economy, the establishment of partnerships between L.B.Goncharov KazADI and business structures and the labor market is of particular importance. It involves the creation of a network of organizations interested in mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of training highly qualified personnel, the organization of the educational process in accordance with the labor market, joint research, development work, etc. In order for this activity to be as successful as possible, it is necessary to build relationships based on mutual interest and usefulness. The Institute’s participation in strategic partnership is today an obligatory element of the formation of the institute’s innovation infrastructure, the effectiveness of which creates conditions for increasing its investment attractiveness and, accordingly, competitiveness.
The system of strategic partners makes it possible for the institute to establish feedback with the consumers of their graduates, without which further development of vocational education in the interests of the national economy is impossible.
The concept of partnership development reflects the development strategy of the Institute in the educational process, research activities and support processes. The Institute defines the following forms of interaction with partners: Educational process (Reading guest lectures, seminars, organization of excursions, practice bases, practical classes on the basis of a partner, development of joint educational programs, employment of graduates, advanced training of teaching staff on the production base of a partner).
Research process (research practice and scientific internship of undergraduates, joint research, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, training and professional certification of students).
The Department carries out the above forms of cooperation and partnerships with the following employers: “Asphalt Concrete -1” LLP, “Virage Service” LLP, “SaVeSa” LLP, “GRV Accounting” LLP, “Avier Grand” LLP, “GRV Audit” LLP.
The methods of managing the department’s relationships with partners are defined:
– feedback method;
– informing partners;
– motivation to work together and continue cooperation.
Every year, employers take an active part in the development of work curricula, educational programs, programs for various types of practices, scientific internships, the implementation of advanced training programs for teaching staff, provide professional certification of students, take part in the coordination of separate documentation of the educational process, namely the catalog of elective disciplines, modular educational programs, guest lectures, etc.
