The KazADI Development Program for 2025-2029 is aimed at enhancing the Institute's competitiveness at the national and international levels and strengthening its role as a leading higher education institution specializing in transport and road engineering.
The goal of KazADI and this Development Program is to ensure the Institute's sustainable development as a competitive educational, scientific, and innovative center in the transport and road construction industries, requiring the implementation of an action plan in key areas: education, research, innovation and commercialization, international cooperation, digitalization and infrastructure, and social and public mission.
The key target indicators for the implementation of KazADI's action plan have been aligned and fully correlated with the objectives of the "National Development Plan of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2029," the "Concept for the Development of Higher Education and Science in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023–2029," and the Address of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the People of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Current Challenges and Their Solutions through Digital Transformation" dated September 8, 2025.
