On October 25, 2022, our country celebrates its national holiday, Republic Day. This holiday is associated with a historical date: the establishment of Kazakhstan's sovereignty. On October 25, 1990, the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR adopted the Declaration "On the State Sovereignty of the Kazakh SSR," which became a turning point in the development of our country. The declaration solemnly proclaimed the creation of a democratic, socially oriented, and rule-of-law state.
In anticipation of this holiday—Republic Day—an event dedicated to this holiday was held at the Kazakh Automobile and Road Construction Institute named after L.B. Goncharov on October 21 of this year. Dean of the Faculty U. A. Murzakhmetova congratulated the institute staff and students on Republic Day. It is worth noting that our students actively participated in this event. Sweets and delicacies were served to the engaging and vibrant national dance composition "Shashu." Shashu is a very beautiful and festive tradition, a symbol of joy. Congratulations were also offered through poetry readings about the Motherland, Country, and Friendship.
The event concluded with a performance of the song "Atameken," which translates as "Land of the Fathers," with music by E. Khasangaliev and lyrics by K. Myrzaliev.
Happy Republic Day!!! All the best to you!!!
Deputy Dean for Educational Work Baimagambetova G.E.
